I did not think twice when it came time to sign up for a Medicare Supplement plan with Bob and Sentinel Health Solutions. Being a physician, I am an educated consumer from a provider's perspective. Bob is well versed in navigating a potential client through all the intricacies of the various plans offered. His staff has always been a pleasure to work with.

As a retired New York Police officer, I faced some 911 related health issues so when I became eligible for Medicare, I needed some help. I worked with Sentinel and was able to definitely get the information and education I needed to choose the right plan. Very happy to have them as a resource.

I turned 65 late last year and only had Medicare Parts A&B. I needed some help with my main language being Chinese. Bob and Sentinel Health were able to work with me and my son, who helped me understand what was best for me. We added a plan to my health coverage. I did not have what I needed before but now feel very good about my Medicare insurance.

An excellent experience over the course of three years (and counting). Bob and his staff have always been extremely responsive and a great help managing insurance coverage for a number of houses, cars, boats, drivers, etc. They have always been very patient answering tons of questions, and are great communicators - returning phone calls, responding quickly to emails, etc. Twice now I have needed quick help with some coverage changes, and they were able to accommodate my requests within minutes. Very dependable!

Excellent staff and service. The agency always has the clients needs in mind when making recommendations and are quick to respond when questions arise. This combined with great rates makes them a go to agency for all my insurance needs.

Working with Robert Chester and his office is a dream. They are always so willing to take their time and talk to you. Answer all of your questions and explain it down to a tee what you need to do. I just gave the office a call and Robert answered himself. Sounding happy it was Friday☺️. He listened to my questions and gave me all the options I had. He did not try and rush me and he really listened to my concerns. Even though I’m having these issues and having a possible two claims to file💰💰, I feel it was a pleasure speaking and working with this office.
